CLASS OF 2011 GRADUATES!

Congratulations to the Class of 2011! This class boasted an extremely bright group, with graduates attending top high schools in and outside of the city. This year's graduation was held in the gymnasium of our beautiful building on 103rd Street. Graduates were given inspiration by keynote speaker Aimee Mullins, activist and athlete. We feel confident in sending this class out into the world and expect many great things from them in the years to come!

THE EAST HARLEM SCHOOL OPENS NEW BUILDING!

The children, staff, and faculty of The East Harlem School were joined on December 2, 2008 by dedicated supporters to celebrate the beginning of construction on our future home. Mayor Michael Bloomberg spoke eloquently about the School and joined trustees in cutting the ceremonial ribbon to open the new facility.
