Poetry Slam

"The Slam is what we do"

-Ivan Hageman, EHS Head of School

The Slam is presented in collaboration with The East Harlem School's Young Volunteers Committee (YVC), a group of young professionals dedicated to volunteerism and philanthropy that furthers the mission of the School.  The Spring Poetry Slam is the signature fundraising event of EHS and the YVC. This year's 2010 Slam was a great success, thank you to all who participated!

Poetry flags and sponsorships are still available! Click here to see a list of all our poets and available flags.
