The Young Volunteers Committee is a group of young professionals
that support the East Harlem School and are committed to volunteerism
and philanthropy. The Young Volunteers Committee meets throughout
the year to plan Super Saturday
volunteer events and the Spring Slam fundraising event.

Tutor or coach East
Harlem School students!
EHS seeks volunteers who are interested in serving as reading,
writing, math, and organizational tutors for students during
hours of the school day, typically between 2:30 PM and 5:00PM.
EHS is also seeking
volunteers to help with coaching and the sports program, Monday
through Thursday 8-9:30 AM. Sports include:
- Conditioning
- Soccer
- Lacrosse
- Running
- Basketball
- Fitness
Volunteers should
have strong communication skills, sufficient knowledge in the
area of focus, a consistent schedule, and an ability to commit
to tutoring for at least three months. Interested individuals
