1. Our Policy
We recognize the value of your privacy and appreciate concerns you may have about information you provide to us when you visit us online and how we treat that information. We encourage you to read this entire Privacy Policy as it sets forth our policies with respect to personal information you provide us through our Site. We maintain this Site for informational purposes and in order to facilitate your interaction with us. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, each email includes unsubscribe instructions. The East Harlem School publishes a list of donors in its Annual Report. We will not sell, share or trade our donors' names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.
This policy applies to all information received by The East Harlem School, both online and offline, on any Platform ("Platform", includes the East Harlem School website and mobile applications, if any), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
